TIMELINE
- 1/31/19 Thursday 11:59 p.m. Deadline for submissions.
- 2/13/19 Wednesday 5:00 p..m. Deadline for judging down to final four. Finalists will be notified.
- 2/27/19 Wednesday 5:00 p.m. Viewing and audience judging of final films. Must be present to win.
