The Physical Therapy Data Administration System (PTDAS) is a collection of programs, databases and websites for students, faculty and staff of the DPT and PTA programs for clinical education coordination & administration.

Faculty and staff manage databases and file repositories to track student internships and assessments, collect data from clinical rotations and generate reports for administrative analysis.  

Students access report files and forms via the Canvas LMS community: CERM (Clinical Education Resources and Materials).  CERM delivers up-to-date documentation on clinical education policies, assignments and facility placements. CERM's repository is database-driven and information is uploaded nightly in PDF format. 

Our new web app, MyClinicalEd.org is for students to track and manage their rotation placements, run dynamic searches for clinical sites, submit special requests for placements, keep track of their special request status and view specific site requirements.
