Instructions
Once you have completed all 4 modules and taken the Quiz for each, you will need to set up a date by Wed, Sept. 5, 2012, to take the proctored Final Exam at your local community college, university, or at the Dept. of Radiation Technology at Loma Linda University. You will need to give us a few days in advance to contact the proctor at your site with the password for the Final Exam which they will use to allow you access to take this exam.
The exam consists of 60 mulitple choice, multiple answer, or True/False questions. You will have up to 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete this exam as needed. If you have any computer problems during the exam which prevent you from completing the exam, you will need to alert your proctor and the exam will need to be reset from our location to allow you access to re-start the exam.
